UV printing on banners, wood, sheet materials, leather and glass
Large-format UV printing applies vivid, long-lasting colour to a wide range of surfaces: PVC banners, wood, sheet materials, leather, glass and posters. Thanks to UV technology the ink dries fast and keeps its quality, so prints retain their appearance indoors and outdoors. On boards we print directly, so no separate sticker is needed.
Advertising and wayfinding: for boards, signs, wayfinding and displayed information. Interiors and retail: for decorative surfaces, furniture elements, displays and shop fittings.
We select the substrate for the application, required rigidity, surface and location. Where a custom shape is needed, a printed board can be combined with CNC milling.
What affects price and production time
We price each job individually. These are the main factors.
Size and area
The price depends on the final size of each part and the total print area.
Substrate
PVC banners, PVC, aluminium composite, metal, acrylic, glass, wood and leather require different preparation.
Print coverage
Price is affected by print coverage and whether one or both sides are printed.
Shape and finishing
Price depends on whether the contour must be milled, fixing holes drilled and edges finished.
Quantity
In a series, setup costs are spread over more items, so the price per piece is lower.
File and deadline
Send a print-ready file and the price will stay as quoted. If the file needs correcting or the job is urgent, we agree this in advance.
Exact price and production date are confirmed after checking the file and substrate.

Protective lacquer
We also offer lacquering that protects the printed surface from scratches, stains and moisture.
Banner fixings
Banners can be finished with eyelets, fasteners or pockets.
CNC milling and shape cutting
A printed board can be cut to shape when the selected material is suitable.
Drilling and installation preparation
Holes and fixing positions are prepared from an agreed drawing.

We laminate the print or finish the edges where this suits the selected material and use.

What we make with large-format UV printing
PVC banners
PVC banners in durable 440 g/m² material for indoor and outdoor advertising, events and exhibitions: no size limit, 1440 dpi print, usable down to -30 °C. They resist moisture, sun, wind and tearing and are easy to transport; fixings are eyelets, fasteners or pockets.
Printing on wood
We print on any type of wood with 6-colour printing: doors, cabinets, partitions, counters, plaques, badges and souvenirs. The 1440 dpi print keeps the material's texture and has no unpleasant paint odour; thickness up to 45 mm, width up to 3200 mm, unlimited length.
Printing on sheet materials
On aluminium composite, metal, acrylic and PVC we print brand zones, advertising stands, counters and displays, large-format figures and interior decorations, for indoor and outdoor use. Light PVC boards suit indoor use, aluminium composite is more rigid and suits outdoor signs; thickness up to 45 mm, width up to 3200 mm, unlimited length.
Printing on leather products
We print on leather, from accessories to interior decor elements. Fast printing and drying make large runs possible; the 1440 dpi print is easy to care for and resists wear, scratches and fading. Thickness up to 45 mm, width up to 3200 mm.
Printing on glass
Printing on glass suits home and office interiors, advertising and exhibition stands: vivid 1440 dpi colour, fade resistance and eco-friendly, safe printing. On transparent surfaces we also use white ink, and we check ink adhesion before production.
Tactile printing
Tactile printing creates raised images and text for information signs, plates, stickers and advertising for people with visual impairments. It resists wear and external factors; width up to 3200 mm, unlimited length.
Posters
Posters are UV printed on 150 g/m² or 200 g/m² paper with a matt, gloss or laminated finish: width up to 1500 mm, unlimited length. See Poster printing for details.
Advertising boards
We UV print advertising boards directly onto PVC or aluminium composite, so no separate sticker is needed. Tell us whether the board will be indoors or outdoors and how it will be fixed.

Signs
For facade and indoor signs in rigid aluminium composite, we combine UV printing with CNC contour cutting and drilled fixing holes. Send the final size and a photo of the location.
Information boards and wayfinding
We print information boards and wayfinding for offices, buildings and sites in one consistent style, so the whole system matches. Include the list of texts and the size of each element.
Interior panels and decorative surfaces
We print interior panels and decorative surfaces on plywood, wood-based boards, acrylic or PVC; with wood, the grain affects the final look. Tell us where the panel will be placed.
Exhibition and retail elements

How ordering works
File and board check
We compare the artwork size with the board format, check image resolution and confirm the chosen surface suits direct UV printing.
Test print on a sample
For non-standard or customer-supplied material we first print a test on a sample to assess ink adhesion and colour appearance.
Printing on the Anapurna H3200 LED
The image is printed straight onto the board, on one or both sides, and the ink cures immediately under UV LED lamps.
Shape, holes and edges
Where needed we mill the contour, drill fixing holes and finish the edges, then prepare the boards for collection or installation.
