Stickers by size and use

We print and contour-cut stickers for businesses and private clients: single-colour cut stickers, printed stickers, window stickers, double-sided stickers UV printed in several layers, tactile stickers for people with visual impairments and 3D polymer stickers coated with Italian polyurethane resin. We can also install them.

Indoor use: for walls, windows, floors, products and displayed information. Outdoor use: for vehicles, signs, windows and markings using film selected for the conditions.

We choose the film by surface, location and expected service life. Stickers are printed and cut to the contour you need.

We produce individual stickers as well as small and larger runs. Quantity affects material use and the final price.

What affects price and production time

Sticker price and production time mainly depend on size, quantity, material and finishing. We calculate the exact price after checking the file.

Size

A larger print area requires more material and production time.

Quantity

In a larger run the price per sticker is usually lower, as the setup work is spread across more copies.

Material

Price depends on the selected film, use and required durability.

Contour cutting and lamination

Contour cutting, lamination and other finishing affect the final price.

Installation

On-site sticker installation is quoted as a separate item.

We state the production time in the quote after assessing the order volume and file readiness.

Production options

Contour cutting

The sticker is cut around a logo, text or another defined shape.

Lamination

We laminate stickers that need extra surface protection, where the selected film allows it.

Application tape

We use it for separate letters, logos and contour-cut graphics so they keep their alignment during application.

Uses of 3D polymer stickers

3D souvenirs and corporate identity, polymer keyrings and magnets, 3D business cards, USB flash drives, product labelling, computer and household appliance labels, labels for advertising, exhibition and presentation structures, T-shirts with 3D logos. Lead time: 2-3 working days.

Shop window service

We help create the window sticker layout and design, remove old stickers and apply the new ones.

Surface preparation

The surface must be clean, dry and grease-free. Dust, wax, silicone and fresh coatings can interfere with adhesion.

Film selection

Permanent and shorter-term work, indoor and outdoor use, and difficult surfaces may require different films.

Important before ordering

The surface must be clean

We can advise on cleaning and preparing the surface before application.

Freshly painted surfaces

Before application on freshly painted or non-standard surfaces, we check that the sticker is suitable.

Uneven surfaces

For very rough, porous or silicone-treated surfaces we recommend testing adhesion first or choosing another solution.

Outdoor use

For outdoor work, film is selected for the surface, sun exposure, weather and intended period of use.

If the material is unknown

If you do not know the surface material, send us a photo and we will assess it.

Stickers we make

  • 3D polymer stickers

3D stickers are coated with top-quality polyurethane resin from Italy, which makes colours brighter and richer. They are moisture, UV, scratch and impact resistant and last for years; the base is self-adhesive film or a magnet, including metallised silver or gold, brushed silver, transparent or white. Made in 2-3 working days.

  • Shop front and logo stickers

Shop window stickers with your logo, name or promotional graphics are printed on white, coloured, perforated, transparent or opaque film, and we also use Oracal coloured films and equivalents. We help with the layout and design, remove old stickers and apply the new ones; send a photo and the window dimensions.

  • Double-sided stickers

Double-sided stickers are visible from both sides, so they suit windows, glass surfaces, doors and glass shelves. We UV print them in several layers in any length and width, splitting large sizes into parts; production takes from 1 working day after we receive the file or the layout is approved.

  • Tactile stickers

Tactile stickers help people with visual impairments find their way and get the information they need. They are used indoors and outdoors, for example in public buildings, transport stations and other public places.

  • Wall and floor stickers

Wall and floor stickers work for wayfinding, brand graphics and promotions in shops, offices and at events. For floors we choose the film and lamination for foot traffic, so describe where the sticker will go.

  • Glass and mirror stickers

We make stickers for glass and mirrors: windows, glass doors, partitions and mirror surfaces. The film is chosen for the surface and the effect you want: transparent, white, coloured or frosted; send the surface dimensions and a photo.

  • Opening-hours stickers

Opening-hours stickers are usually cut from single-colour film and supplied on application tape, so the lettering stays straight on the door or glass. Tell us the text, font and preferred height.

  • Perforated window graphics

Perforated window graphics show an image from outside while still letting you see out through the glass. They suit shop and office windows; send the glass dimensions and a photo of the window.

  • Frosted-glass effect films

Frosted-glass effect films add privacy to office partitions, glass doors and windows. A logo, stripes or a pattern can be cut into the film; give us the glass dimensions and the area to be frosted.

  • Product labels

Product labels are printed on paper or film and contour-cut to the shape you need, small runs included. Tell us what packaging they go on and how the product is stored, as this determines the adhesive.

  • Information and safety markings

Safety signs, pictograms and technical information are printed on film chosen for the setting, whether a warehouse, production floor or outdoor equipment. Include a list of signs with sizes and quantities.

  • Transparent and contour-cut stickers

Transparent stickers are printed with or without a white underlayer, so the graphic looks as intended on glass or packaging. Contour cutting needs a vector file with a cut line.

  • Logo stickers

Logo stickers are either cut from coloured film or printed in full colour and contour-cut, depending on how many colours the logo has. An AI, EPS or SVG file works best.

  • Contact-detail stickers

Stickers with a phone number, email or website go on doors, windows, equipment and vehicles. Tell us the distance the text must be readable from so we can choose the letter height.

  • Information markings

Information markings help label rooms, shelving, cabinets and equipment parts. Order a run of identical stickers or a set with different text supplied as a list.

Which film should you choose?

The surface, environment and required service life determine the material.

  • Monomeric film

For simple flat surfaces and shorter-term work.

We confirm suitability based on the surface and location.

  • Polymeric film

For work that needs a more stable film for longer use.

  • Transparent, perforated and frosted film

For windows, shop fronts, privacy and specific visual effects.

For shop windows we print on white, coloured, perforated, transparent and opaque film.

  • Oracal coloured films and equivalents

For cut lettering, logos and shop window graphics.

  • 3D sticker bases

Self-adhesive film or magnet; metallised silver or gold film with a mirror surface, brushed silver, transparent or white base.

    Coating: polyurethane resin from Italy.

  • Paper label materials

    For product labelling indoors.

We select the material and adhesive for the packaging and conditions of use.

For longer use we recommend polymeric film; monomeric film is enough for short-term jobs on flat surfaces.

How ordering works

  1. File and contour check

We check the sticker size, image resolution and whether the file includes a cut line for contour cutting.

  2. Choosing the film

Based on the surface, location and service life we choose white, clear, perforated or frosted-effect film and a suitable adhesive.

  3. Printing and plotter cutting

Full-colour stickers are printed on the Roland VG2-640 (8-colour printing) and double-sided stickers with UV printing in several layers, then contour cut; letters and logos can also be cut from coloured film.

  4. Lamination and application tape

Stickers are laminated where needed, application tape is added to cut lettering, and the order is prepared for collection or on-site application.

Orders can be collected from the MadFormat production site in Riga. Delivery or installation can be arranged depending on the order type and location.

Frequently asked questions

Can stickers be used outdoors?

Yes. For outdoor work we choose a film suited to the surface and conditions, taking into account sun exposure, weather and the intended period of use.

How long do outdoor stickers last?

Service life depends on film type, surface, sun exposure, weather and care. We recommend a suitable material for each project.

Do stickers leave adhesive after removal?

It depends on the film, the surface and how long the sticker has been in place. Adhesive residue is possible with older stickers or on sensitive surfaces. If the sticker will need to be removed later, say so in your request and we will suggest the most suitable film.

Do you install stickers on site?

Yes, on-site installation can be arranged. We assess it according to the scope, surface and site location.

Can I order one sticker?

Yes, small and individual orders are possible. Price depends on size, material and required finishing.

Can you help prepare the artwork?

Yes, we can check the supplied file and prepare it for printing or cutting if needed. If the artwork needs to be created from scratch, we agree the scope and price in advance.

Which file is best to send?

A PDF is preferred for finished artwork. AI, EPS or SVG suit logos and cutting paths. If only JPG or PNG is available, we will check whether its resolution is sufficient for the intended size.

Do you provide full vehicle wrapping?

Yes. With high-quality 8-colour printing, vehicle stickers can completely transform a vehicle's look, hide exterior defects and protect the bodywork from scratches. See Vehicle stickers for details.

What are 3D polymer stickers made of?

They are coated with top-quality polyurethane resin from Italy, which makes colours brighter and richer. The stickers are moisture, UV, scratch and impact resistant and last for years. The base is self-adhesive film or a magnet. Lead time: 2-3 working days.

How quickly do you make double-sided stickers?

From 1 working day after we receive the file or the layout is approved. They are UV printed in several layers in any length and width; large sizes are split into parts, and the maximum size depends on the film.

Not sure which film to choose?

Send the size, a surface photo and a short description. We will recommend a suitable option.
