A finished stand for a specific location
We make portable exhibition and presentation stands as well as custom product displays, information stands, branded counters and other free-standing elements. Roll-up graphics are printed in high-quality 8-colour print, while PVC stands and photo walls provide a backdrop for events, exhibitions and presentations.
Exhibitions and conferences: for presentations, branded backdrops, information and attracting visitors. Retail and customer areas: for product presentation, pricing and promotion information, wayfinding and service areas. Offices and events: for company information, presentations, photo areas and temporary or permanent visual elements.
We choose the construction and materials by size, load, location and whether the stand will be moved or reused. If you do not have a solution yet, a sketch, photo or description is enough to start.
We produce single custom stands as well as repeat runs of identical stands for several locations. State the quantity in the request, as it affects material and production planning.
How the stand is produced
UV printing
For direct full-colour printing on suitable boards, panels and individual stand parts.
CNC milling
For contours, joints, openings and construction parts from suitable board materials.
Laser cutting and engraving
For smaller precise parts, lettering and elements made from laser-suitable materials.
Printed films and graphic application
For branding panels, profiles and finished surfaces where direct printing is not the best option.
Assembly preparation
We can kit the parts, trial-assemble the construction at the workshop and prepare it for delivery or installation. The scope is agreed in the quote.

We calculate the price from the specific construction and production scope. The factors below show what we need for an accurate quote. We confirm the price and deadline after reviewing the brief.
Dimensions and quantity
Overall material use and the production run depend on stand size, number of parts and quantity of identical units.
Materials and construction
Price is affected by the chosen board or profile solution, stability, fixings and construction complexity.
Amount of printed graphics
We price direct UV printing, printed film and replacement graphics by area, file readiness and the chosen surface.
CNC or laser processing
Contours, cut-outs, engraving and numerous separate parts increase preparation and machine time.
Fittings and assembly preparation
We include holders, shelves, connections, LED elements and trial assembly as the construction requires.
Transport and reuse
If the stand must be demountable, transportable or reusable, tell us at the start, as this has to be designed into the construction.
Delivery and installation
On-site work is calculated from the address, construction scope and required installation work.
Also state the preferred collection date. We confirm the achievable production schedule in the quote after reviewing the construction, materials and files.
Important before ordering
One unit or a repeat run
You can order one custom stand. For a repeat run, we reuse the approved files; tell us whether the construction must match the previous order exactly.
Existing system or new construction
If you only need new graphics for an existing system, include photos, external dimensions and information about how the graphic is fixed.
Location and transport
State whether the stand will be indoors or outdoors, how often it will move and whether it must be dismantled for transport. Portable indoor systems are not designed for wind and rain, so an outdoor stand needs a different construction.

Exhibition and presentation stands
Exhibition stands are designed for a specific floor space, with walls, counters and graphics produced in-house by CNC milling and UV printing. Tell us the stand area, event date and whether installation is needed.
Roll-up, pop-up and exhibition walls
Roll-up stands fold away, are compact and easy to transport, so they suit exhibitions, events, seminars and serve as a backdrop for corporate photo shoots. Graphics are printed in high-quality 8-colour print on the Roland VG2-640; for new graphics in an existing system, send its dimensions and a photo.
Photo walls and branded graphic elements
Photo walls and PVC stands provide a backdrop for events, exhibitions, conferences, presentations and advertising campaigns. We make them from printed boards or as printed graphics in an aluminium profile system; tell us how wide the photo area should be and whether the wall will be reused at several events.
Displays and stands for products, pricing, promotions and customer-area information.
Product displays and advertising stands
Retail product displays are made from PVC/Foamex, aluminium composite or plywood with direct UV printing. State the weight and number of items the display must hold, as the construction depends on it.
POS, price and information holders
POS holders, price-tag frames and leaflet stands are often ordered as a run for several shops. Small precise parts are laser-cut on the Epilog, and the whole run is produced from the approved files.
Branded counters and customer-area elements
Branded counters for receptions, events or shop tills are CNC-milled from plywood or wood-based boards and finished with UV print or film. Say whether the counter stays in place or must be taken apart for transport.
Information, wayfinding and presentation elements for offices and customer areas.
Information and wayfinding stands
Information and wayfinding stands help visitors find their way in offices, customer centres and event venues. If the content changes often, we design in replaceable graphics; an outdoor stand has its construction assessed separately.
Free-standing presentation elements
Free-standing cut-out figures, shaped logos and presentation panels are made from rigid board with UV printing and a CNC-milled outline. For stability we need to know the height and whether it will stand on the floor or a table.
Custom board constructions
Custom board constructions are developed from a sketch or photo: parts are milled on the Mecapro NL4121 and printed on the Anapurna H3200. Before delivery we can trial-assemble the construction at the workshop.

Size, shape and construction
We adapt the stand to its location, viewing height and required stability. Custom contours and parts can be produced by CNC or laser where the material is suitable.
Printing and replaceable graphics
Graphics can be printed directly on suitable board or produced as printed film. If you want to change the graphics later, we choose a system and fixings designed for that.
Aluminium profiles
Useful for reusable and demountable exhibition or presentation systems. Suitability depends on size, connections and operating conditions.
PVC / Foamex
For lightweight printed panels, information elements and repeat display parts. Material and construction are selected by size and required rigidity.
Aluminium composite
For rigid printed panels, signage and stand elements requiring a more durable surface. Outdoor suitability is assessed together with the complete construction and fixing method.
Plywood and wood-based boards
For custom structures, counters, shelves and parts produced by CNC milling. Material is selected according to load, finish and location.
Shelves, holders and transport
If product shelves, price or information holders, fixings or dismantling for transport are required, state the intended load and use.
Tell us if the stand needs replaceable graphics, shelves or holders, or must be dismantled for transport. We design these in before production.

A finished stand can be collected from the MadFormat production site in Riga. Delivery, on-site setup and dismantling of larger structures are agreed for each location.

Do you make stands to custom dimensions?
Yes. We adapt the dimensions, shape, materials and graphics to the location and purpose. Approximate dimensions and intended use are needed for a quote.
Can you make a stand from a sketch or photo?
Yes. Send a sketch, photo, similar example or description with approximate dimensions. We will clarify the information needed for construction and production.
Which materials do you use for stands?
Depending on the brief, we use aluminium profiles, PVC/Foamex, aluminium composite, plywood and other suitable board materials, together with printed film and graphics. Final material selection depends on size, location and load.
Can the graphics be replaced?
Yes, where the selected system or construction is designed for it. For an existing system, send photos, dimensions and details of the graphic fixing.
Can I order one stand?
Yes. We produce single custom stands as well as runs of identical stands for several locations or events.
Can you reproduce the same stand later?
Yes. We reuse the previously approved files, provided the same materials or systems are still available. We check current component availability before repeat production.
Do you provide on-site installation?
Portable systems are usually set up by the customer. For larger and custom structures, we offer delivery, installation and, if needed, dismantling.
