Data we process

When you submit a form on our site (consultation, contacts), we receive your name, email address and/or phone number, company (if provided), selected service, message text and any attached files or file links.

We also store a timestamp, the language and the page the request was submitted from.

Why we process it

We use the data solely to reply to your request, prepare a proposal and fulfil the order. We do not use it for marketing without separate consent and we do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

Retention

We keep requests for as long as needed to communicate with you and fulfil the order. Accounting documents are kept for the period required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to request access, correction or deletion of your data, and to withdraw consent. Contact us at info@madformat.lv.

If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija, www.dvi.gov.lv).
