Finished products with printed and lacquered surfaces
We make finished interior products that combine board processing, printing and suitable UV lacquer. These can include wall panels, tabletops, branded counters, decorative furniture elements, games and custom surfaces.
Finished decorative surfaces: we combine UV printing with a suitable protective or decorative finish in one product. Interior elements: for panels, table and counter surfaces, furniture elements and custom work.
We start with where and how the finished product will be used. We then choose the base, print, shape and lacquer together to suit that space and use.
Surface finish
Lacquer finishes
Gloss HIGH GLOSS or matt SUPER MATT and SOFT TOUCH, and relief lacquer where needed. The super matt surface has low light reflection, and Soft Touch is a soft-touch coating.
Surface properties
Resistance to wear, fingerprints and bacteria, higher UV stability and a clean cut during processing. The UV lacquer coating extends the life of the material. State any special resistance requirements in the request.
Wall panels
Wall panels are made of aluminium composite with a high-quality lacquer. They are a water-resistant alternative to tiles in kitchens and bathrooms, and each panel is CNC cut, including openings for sockets.
What affects price and production time
We price the complete finished product, including the base, processing, printing and lacquer.
Product type
Panels, tables, counters and game surfaces each need a different construction.
Size and part count
The quote requires dimensions for each part and total quantity.
Base and shape
The price includes material preparation, CNC machining and edge work as the shape requires.
Print and finish
The artwork, lacquer layers and desired surface texture determine how many operations are needed.

Our standard solution is not intended for direct food contact. If the surface will touch food, tell us before we quote.
What we make with UV lacquer
Wall panels
Wall panels with a printed image are made of aluminium composite and coated with HIGH GLOSS, SUPER MATT or SOFT TOUCH lacquer. They are a water-resistant alternative to tiles in kitchens and bathrooms and also suit corridors and customer areas. Panel sizes and layout are agreed from a drawing or photo of the wall.
Tabletops and tables
Tabletops in MDF or birch plywood are sanded, printed and finished with several coats of UV lacquer. The standard finish is not intended for direct food contact, so for café tables mention this requirement from the start.
Counters
Counters for receptions or tills are made as a finished product: a CNC-milled body, a printed front with your logo and a UV-lacquered top. Give us the dimensions, quantity and how often the counter will be cleaned.
Tables 60 × 60 cm
Ready-made 60 × 60 cm tables, 41, 43 or 45 cm high, with a Super Matt or Soft Touch coating. Price 99.00 EUR.

Decorative furniture surfaces such as cabinet doors or side panels are printed with your chosen motif and coated with UV lacquer. Before production we agree the gloss level and surface appearance.
Game surfaces
Game surfaces such as board-game layouts and gaming tables are printed to your design and finished with a protective UV lacquer. State the dimensions, quantity and the room where the surface will be used.
Café interior elements
For cafés we make lacquered counter fronts, wall panels and decorative boards with your brand graphics. Since these surfaces are cleaned often, describe the cleaning products and humidity in your request.
Printed decorative boards
Printed decorative boards are produced on the Anapurna H3200 in large format and smaller plaques on the Roland LEF-200, then coated with UV lacquer. State the size, quantity and preferred gloss.

Custom interior elements
For custom interior elements such as CNC-milled reliefs or shaped panels, we combine milling, printing and lacquering under one roof. To start, send a sketch, dimensions and a photo of the location.

We check the compatibility of base material, print and lacquer for each product, so the surface performs in its intended use.

How ordering works
Product and use
First we confirm whether it is a panel, tabletop, counter or game surface, how it will be cleaned and what wear it will face.
Preparing the base
The board is cut or CNC milled to shape, the edges are finished and the surface is sanded ready for printing.
UV printing on the base
The image, logo or decor is printed directly onto the prepared base, giving a single agreed design under the lacquer.
UV lacquer
We apply the agreed UV lacquer: gloss (HIGH GLOSS), matt (SUPER MATT, SOFT TOUCH) or relief. The lacquer cures under UV light, and we check the coating is even.
